Overview
Subscribed is a consumer app that cuts through the noise, connecting people with the news and updates that actually matter to them. Bilda Labs designed, built, and shipped it independently, from the first concept through to a live product in users' hands.
The challenge
People follow dozens of sources but only care about a fraction of what they publish. The problem wasn't more content, it was relevance. The app needed to learn what each person cared about and surface only that, without becoming yet another feed to keep up with.
Our approach
We built a focused product around personalised subscriptions: users choose what they follow, and the app filters and delivers only the updates worth their attention. We owned the full stack: product design, front and back end, and launch; and then iterated on the experience based on how real people used it.
